Once I initiated communication , he was prompt in replying and scheduling an appointment to come out, make an inspection of what I needed to replace and quickly present an estimate and project a timetable for completion . As a business transaction, beyond the requisite phone calls we elected to conduct everything via texts and emails that facilitated quick transition from estimate, to order, to Noah's actual door installation, then to payment and receipt documentation .
