Yuri so far exceeded my expectations that I recommend him and his company to everyone. I had called 2 garage door repair businesses: the first demanded a $60 'consultation fee', to which I replied 'Thanks but no thanks'. Then I called Yuri at Garage Door Ninja. The tone was good right from the outset. He would try to fit me in that same day, and would call when he was close to arrival. When he arrived he proceeded to make a very professional assessment of my needs, at the same time as sounding me out as to my goals. Then he presented me with three cost options, all of which were very reasonable. We shook hands and I asked when he could start? He replied "Now" - this was after 6 pm. He got to work right away and finished the job in the dark. Yuri is a smart man and is going to go far. As far as I'm concerned he is the only person anyone should trust to install and maintain a garage door.
