I had the worst experience with this shipping company. The arrogance of staff. None communication. You send email after email. And then eventually you get a one liner. Nobody tells you the truth. If there was an opportunity to give a zero, that’s what I would have done. Buyer beware. I wouldn’t recommend!

Dealing with this shipping company was an absolute disaster. The staff were not just rude; they were arrogant and dismissive, treating me as if my concerns were beneath them. Communication was nonexistent—I spent months trying to get any updates, only to be met with silence or vague responses. They clearly have no sense of responsibility whatsoever. To make matters worse, they lost my belongings and couldn't care less about it. Their incompetence cost me valuable and irreplaceable items, and they showed no remorse or intention to make things right. On top of this, they had the audacity to overcharge me for their abysmal service. What really takes the cake is their deceitful practice of padding their ratings with fake 5-star reviews, likely written by family members to lure unsuspecting customers. This company is a total scam, operating with zero integrity. Avoid them like the plague. They will rob you blind and leave you with nothing but frustration and regret. This was, hands down, the worst and most infuriating experience I've ever had with a shipping company.

We recently retired in USA and moved to Puttaparthi, AP. India on a TR and had extra household items shipped there. Vineet Ranjan of Gandhi shipping gave a very good quote for the shipping cost that included door to door pick up and delivery and the estimated time at 8 weeks (+ or -) He also clearly explained that in the unlikely event of any customs duties that we would be responsible. We went ahead with Gandhi shipping and shortly thereafter Mumbai's clearing agent contracted by Gandhi Shipping, Mr. Gajendra Shetty Owner of Akanksha Shipping notified us that he would be personally handling our shipment and would take care of all clearance issues. 9 weeks from the original shipping date Gajendra Shetty sent me a nominal fee due to Customs as processing fee with no other duties or charges. 3 days later the shipment arrived at our residence all perfectly fine and intact. Our whole experience was absolutely perfect and stress free.
