Alright experience , had my ups and downs with this place but as of lately I’m disappointed. I ordered a trimmer blade from Lady G herself and she had very little communication with me. It’s been 3 days every time I’ve been told I would get a call back or some type of communication a day ends up going by I was suppose to hear from her again today to get my blade and have not heard anything back yet. I was told one thing that it would be dropped off to me today and I’ve yet to have any communication with anybody. Kinda needed this blade 2 days ago. All I was asking was for some type of communication now I have to wonder if I’m ever gonna get what I asked for or even ordered. Regardless of anything nobody should have to wait 3 days for something. Communication could have been better.

I love this store! They have a great selection of products to help the hair and everything is so organized. I went in looking for a head wrap to keep my curls safe while I sleep and Tina even showed me how to tie it! Awesome products and awesome service. I will most definitely be back.

WARNING DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE HIGH RATINGS!!! I would never come back to this barbershop again and would not recommend this place to anyone. I only came to get a simple fade & ended up coming out with straight razor cuts all over my head and three hours of my life gone 1 hour before I had to be at my graduation. Without including the damage caused to my head, I would say that the fade was average. Don't get me wrong I've gotten one or two straight blade cuts from other barbers, but never my entire head!! The barbers let us know that we just have to come by during the "late hours" if we wanted "a drink" (insinuating that alcoholic beverages will be served). I assume this might have a connection to all the 5 star ratings??? They also let friends come by without even having to wait even if someone has been sitting there waiting hours. In their defense, they did not say anything rude to me (maybe when I left, like they did to the customers before me), they just completely ignored that I had been sitting there for hours. The barber even sat down to take a break before he helped me!? This was a pretty bad experience, the only reason I waited is because I had to be somewhere and every other barbershop would of had another hour wait, I wish I would of went somewhere else... Save Time and go someplace you know or at least not here!!

I was in Town trying to find a stylist on a Sunday, for a last minute cut . I went into a few different salons and I was rejected because I didn't have an appointment, and many of the salons were closed or about to close. Luckily I found this barber shop I called beforehand and I spoke with Issac, he was willing to take me in and I was getting my haircut within 30 minutes. I honestly was a bit skeptic at first but I was honestly impressed with the end result. Issac was completely thorough in his work, he listened to what I wanted and delivered. In the end i was completely satisfied with my cut it truly surpassed my expectations. I honestly found a new spot and I will continue to come here for my cuts. Props to Issac very professional. 👍
