Fifteen years ago I walked into G&J, stressed about my immediate need to buy a used car on my own, knowing nothing about cars. Dennis was recommended to me as someone I could trust. He listened to my specific needs, found a car for me, rode with me as I test drove it, and faithfully followed up on a promise to check in with me regularly to see if the car was working out for me. The service department kept the car smoothly running for me until I had a water leak. Because my car was now 23 years old, even body shops wouldn’t look at the leaks. Disappointed, I called Dennis to tell him I’d need his help to find another car. Instead of selling me another car, he offered to look at my wet car, found a clogged drain, cleaned it out, lifted the carpet, kept the car for a few days and dried it out for me–then sent me on my merry way! Dennis is a hard-working trustworthy man who cares about his customers! I’d give him 10 stars!

I don't write reviews, ever. This is my first or second one, but I felt compelled to post. There is a good reason why these guys have a 4.9 rating. Usually, car dealers are viewed negatively; they are viewed as scammers, trying to take advantage of you and take more money from you than their inventory is worth. I am here to say NOT HERE! This dealer is exceptional. I was purchasing a somewhat rare vehicle out of state (live in Texas) so I flew into Eugene and William picked me up from the airport in the BMW I was buying. That's green flag number one. We went to have some tacos at a local spot in Corvallis and went back to the dealer to do the paper work. No haggling, no pushing, just exceptionally friendly folks who made my car buying experience a breeze. 32k miles later in the same car, has given me zero issues that would affect it being a daily driver. Not only this, after my purchase, they helped me get the car loaded onto the transport. Another green Flag. And lastly They check up on you via text regularly (once or twice per year, but haven't skipped a year yet) making sure you have a great experience with the car. I HIGHLY recommend these folks for your next car buying outing. Best dealership that I have ever dealt with BY FAR! Thank you G&J!! IF there is ever something that catches my interest in your inventory, I would 10/10 buy again.

G&J Auto made my car buying experience the quickest, and easiest one ever! I have always dreaded going to the car dealership and having to ‘deal with’ the salesmen, but at G&J Auto, I was treated with respect, and matter-of-fact honesty. I’ve never had a car salesman stick by their principles like they did here. My needs and comfort level were their first priority, and I never felt any pressure. I don’t plan on shopping anywhere else for all my future auto needs. Thank you Dennis and William for making this such a positive experience for me!!
