It makes me sad to have to leave this review as I’ve always found Ron to be an honest guy, but I do feel the need to warn others about the multiple bad mistakes this shop has made on both my mom’s car and mine. About a year ago, my mom got an oil change at G and J and they didn't screw the oil cap on properly so it was slowly leaking. When she took her car in to get this fixed, they did another oil change and then LEFT THE FUNNEL IN THE CAR so that when she drove it home, her car started smoking. I’ve also had G and J replace and maintain the breaks on my car for many years now. After getting over $2000 worth of work done with them last summer, my breaks started squeaking. When I took my car into a shop in Portland, the mechanic said that my breaks had the wrong size bolt installed with the pin cross threaded. I had to pay an additional $200 to get that fixed. We’ve gone to G and J for years but unfortunately it seems like they have some incredibly incompetent and negligent staff working there at this time. I’m sorry to not feel safe going there any more and wanted to warn others of the shoddy work this shop performs.

Absolutely life savers and really puts alot of care when servicing truck. Super detailed orientated. Did their best to work within my budget

Did not re-tighten my wheels after rotation. The lug nuts were so loose on one of them I could move them with my fingers easily. Edit: Ron contacted us immediately after posting this review. We appreciate his concern in addressing this situation, a new hire did our service. We returned the car to the shop, and he personally torqued each wheel lug nut and performed a variety of inspections including the TPMS and around the engine. He also offered a full refund or credit towards a future oil change and rotation, which was really appreciated.
