Was shocked at the terrible attitude from the staff in this store. Approached different staff twice and was brushed away. Do take note that they weren’t busy to begin with. I ended up approached the first guy once again and this time round he willing to entertain me. Take note that I know Japanese and been conversing in them in Jap. Had a terrible shopping experience here. 最低。。

Warning to fellow customers and tourists! We recently made a significant purchase of ¥155,100 at this store, but the condition of the cards was really bad. When we tried to seek assistance, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive, citing closing time as an excuse to brush us off. Be cautious when buying cards here, especially high-value ones that are ungraded (there is a reason why they retain its raw condition). Buyer please take caution.

Terribly rude staff. First I thought he was racist or something then I saw other comments on google map, so they have attitude toward every customer. The bad attitude caused very unpleasant shopping experience. Would not recommend :(
