I’m not even sure where to begin with this beautiful establishment. Our youngest kitty broke his leg a few weeks ago and between the animal ER visit and weekly follow ups with our primary vet’s office it was getting costly, but hey it’s our pet and we love them all. Long story short he ended up ripping his cast off and adding ANOTHER brake to his leg. Our primary veterinarian was sadden to inform us that we needed to seek an orthopedic specialist or amputate his leg….yea we were devastated and ready to sell our own body parts at this point to pay for this. We called EVERYWHERE and when I say this I meant it! We were willing to drive, fly, walk or whatever to any state to get this done. Most places wanted $7,000-$8,000 for this. Furdunkin came through in so many ways. Heather called us and gave us a great price and worked us in. The amazing specialist called us before they did his surgery and told us that we didn’t even need the surgery because his bone had healed. We couldn’t even believe this beautiful news!!! They truly care about the pets and not the money. Most places would have just taken our money (still have zero clue how we were going to afford this) and did this surgery. Their facility was clean and beautiful not to mention you will be treated as if you bought Bentley lol!!! Thank you Furdunkin for helping our kitty!!

This place is amazing!! We were seen same day with complaint of vomiting for my dog. From the receptionist who was helpful and kind, the nurse who was knowledgeable and professional and the doctor who explained everything throughly. The atmosphere is welcoming and you feel the love immediately. They handled my scared boy with a calm and loving demeanor. They made me delicious coffee and delivered it to me. Most impressive-no wait in the lobby, taken immediately to a "home-like" room where my dog could sit on a couch. They know Customer Service and high quality care!!!

I’m not sure where to start, the facility is beyond top notch, the cleanliness, friendliness and professionalism is more than I could’ve asked for during my time of stressing. The doctor and nurses were on point, I felt like I had the full attention of every staff member I spoke with, I was educated on every single procedure, process and price before it was done to my animal. What I initially thought was going to cost me an arm and a leg, was actually very affordable and in my opinion very REASONABLE!!!! I can’t thank everyone enough! You guys rock!!
