Arrived, just to be told they are not aware of my appointment and the Dentist went home. The Dental Assistant made a phone call and only after an hour did the other Dentist arrive. (Don't know his name as he never introduced himself) I could not change the appointment as I took a leave day for it. I complained while there, and send an email after my visit with a complaint and concerns. Instead of a humble apology, for miscommunication on the Fundamental Dental Practice's side. Melisha Moodley was dishonest in her reply. Absolutely shocking.

Dr Gounden was super professional, kind and provided great advice. The checkup and cleaning was pain and hassle free. The practice works directly with medical aid which is a bonus!
