Robin FoubertOur girls go once a week and if we need to go out of town for any reason they stay overnight for as long as need be. They love it there the staff are amazing and they make our girls feel at home . Highly recommend this place, we trust them with our girls 100%

Ali LIt used to be great, my pup used to LOVE going there but too many staff changes lately. (He misses Daya the most. ðŸ˜) In my opinion, high staff turnover is an indication of poor management. I'm looking for a new place for my boy to spend his time, and for me to spend my money.
Kandoo OooNot everyone is having fun at Fun4All. We had Maggie at here for boarding a couple times. However, the last time she ended up getting an infestation of lice. The infestation was so bad it took her to the brink of death. We're from out of town. We were unaware that canine lice was a thing to watch out for in the Okanagan. After her stay at the resort she wouldn't eat her regular vet certified food. We though she was just tired after too much fun at the resort, unfortunately her refusal to eat lasted for several days. We didn't realize that she was infested with lice until a few days later. She didn't have the regular symptoms scratching, other than the refusing to eat she didn't have another symptoms. We called the vet but couldn't get in until the following week. We shampooed her with medicated shampoo and cooked up some chicken and rice that she managed to get down. She was lethargic but stable. She suddenly took a turn for the worse and stopped drinking water. Worried sick, I thought it was the end for her. It was horrible to watch the decline of her heath. She is a senior dog but didn't think lice could take her out like this. She was just so uncomfortable and upset. Thankfully she pulled through after treatment from the vet. Between our fun4ll visit and the vet visit it ended up costing us a lot of money. As a warning and heads up to others, be sure to use a anti-flea/anti-lice treatment before taking your dog to a boarding facility. We wish were aware of the implications before arrival. Brought her in for a grooming in march. Maggie looked great and smelled like lemons when she was done. Booking required as they get quite busy. The groomer was super sweet.
