My water heater sprang a leak and I called Dr Fin AC and Plumbing. This was the second time I used them. Rick and Kieth came out and installed a new one for us on a Friday evening. They were professional and very helpful in getting the new one picked up and installed. As I said this was the second time I’ve used Dr Fin and Rick. He is so kind and such a pleasure to deal with. He and Kieth worked tirelessly to make sure the job was completed correctly and we were 100% satisfied upon completion. I give Dr Fin 5 stars for their great customer service and great pricing. My only regret is that I didn’t find them earlier, I will never use another company! Thank you Rick, Kieth and Dr Fin.

Rick came out earlier last week to assess the job to replace my water heater, took the time to answer all my questions, and provided a prompt and transparent estimate. The next day, he arrived on time and completed the installation efficiently and professionally, meeting all my requirements with high-quality workmanship. I also appreciated their tracking system, which sent a text when Rick was on his way and even allowed me to track his van in real time to my house. Excellent service from start to finish—highly recommended!
