Deena FoxWe have been bringing our poodle mix George to Frisco Pet Grooming for three years. They have always taken excellent care of George and they are amazing groomers. Shout out to our primary groomer, Jackie, for always making George look fabulous and keeping him safe and comfortable! After George is groomed, people often confuse him for a stuffed animal because he really looks perfect! Another thing I love is that the grooming lasts a really long time. Highly recommend Frisco Pet Grooming! We are now moving out of state, but I wanted to leave this review so that the entire staff knows how much we appreciate how well they have cared for our beautiful boy!
Jocelyn CamposI brought my dog here for a nail trim about a month ago, and the staff failed to clip his back dewclaws. This oversight caused the nails to grow into his skin, leading to bleeding and pain. I’m now having to take him to the vet to have them surgically removed. This should never have happened, and I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of attention to detail. I urge other pet owners to double-check their pet’s nails afterwards or consider going elsewhere!
Mc ChickenTINA is god sent i will never stop coming here as long as she is here. Ghost is a Pomeranian and happened to coincidentally get booked with her when the previous groomer was unavailable and l just fell in love with her work. My puppy Kylo will only be seeing her as soon as he is old enough to be groomed Ghost has always had bad anxiety going to the groomers (pet smart in Florida) but he seems to be comfortable and happy every time we pick him up so they are doing something right! She is amazing! The front desk could do better communication wise but other than that they are the absolute best. (Honorable mentions: Courtenay was amazing as well but no longer works here )
Mary CHad a terrible experience at this groomers. We paid over $120 for our 25lb doodle mix. They did not cut his hair or clean his ears. When I asked to bring him back they said they were closed each time. They had an appt 3 weeks out but we’d have to repay for the grooming. Too many options and good salons in Frisco to have to go to this one. Doing the right thing and customer service goes along way.
