I seen the pharmacy had flu vaccines and asked if they could fit me in. They were happy to accommodate. I dealt with Jennifer and Mae , both who were very knowledgeable and had great attention to detail. I was so impressed I transferred my prescriptions from another pharmacy over and they had my profile uploaded promptly and accurately . The prescription was filled in a timely manner .

On June 9th,2021 I had booked my second dose of Astra Zeneca and thought my appointment was at Fresco pharmacy in Kingston. Due to a computer malfunction at home I had lost my confirmation email and so I attended the pharmacy and spoke with Liz and Jennifer. Both were extremely helpful and tried to locate my booking without success through no fault of their own. I was informed that they could not give me my second dose as all shots had been spoken for. Both ladies continued to assist me and once all avenues seemed to come to an end and I was prepared to head back to Picton without my vaccination , they informed me that someone had cancelled their appointment and I could be vaccinated. I was very pleased to say the least and really wanted to thank both ladies for going above and beyond in trying to help me out. Even though they were extremely busy they still showed their compassion and helpfulness. They are a credit to the health care team and truly make FreshCo a great place to shop. Thank you again. Surprisingly knowledgeable. I don't usually think of asking for advice on medicines from a grocery store pharmacist. But the man who helped me when I needed to get rid of a nagging cough certainly knew his stuff. The Fresh Co. Management could learn a thing or two from their Pharmacy.
