Fred really cares about his clients. He takes the time to make sure you understand all of your options and is easy to contact, even after hours. Let's see a bank match that! What really stood out was how I felt he was working for me. With one application, he was able to shop around at all the banks - he did all the work! The lenders were actually competing for MY business, not me feeling like I was begging for a loan from the bank and grateful for the crappy rate they gave me.
