I’ve been using a preferred driver for a few months now Jessie L. This guy is phenomenal very easy to work with always on time always communicating. Checking in throughout the entire delivery process from start to finish, you really can’t ask for more.

Most of the trips are not worth your time . A group of individuals that think they can make money off of car owners. They’re fun of posting trips with just street addresses without including the trip distance. Once you accept, you’re then compelled to deliver whether it’s worth your time or not. I got job for $174 and would spend 7hours to complete. Anyway, I’ve deleted the app.

This company has showed their true colors to me. I accepted a run which was submitted at 3:48 pm ( rush hour) about an hour away from my location and 9 minutes to my pickup location they sent me a notification that the order was cancelled. Then when I contacted support they told me I wouldn’t have made it to the drop off on time! I wasted my own personal gas and my time and they wouldn’t even compensate me for the attempt! FRAYT is low down. I wouldn’t recommend them at all.

I paid more for the application fee then they pay for loads. They also don't put the correct weight of certain items. Where's the no touch freight they don't pay enough for you to have to load and unload
