Beyond Frank’s own performance and attitude, he also referred us repeatedly to solid people (insurance agents, electricians) relating to the sale who literally saved the day with minimal notice. Buying a house is a major life moment, and can often be very stressful, and for us, having Frank in our corner was not just enjoyable, it was make or break. I will definitely hire Frank again down the road when we sell our home, and will gladly recommend him to anyone who is asking.
