My vehicle is an accessibility scooter and yet the folks there especially Kirsten were able to provide advice and service to get me through the day. We were in Sydney one day for a cruise and we booked e-bikes to explore. Our port day was changed, and they were able to adjust our reservation. The e-bikes were new, road great and went fast. We really liked the throttle feature. We road out to New Waterford stopping at the fort, lighthouse and a donut shop. Great place to ride. Bill and Lilith are great!
