He offered additional services and equipment, but was sure not to be a pushy salesman. I appreciated his help and expertise.
RachelHorrible company. The technician Wayland is beyond a disaster! 1. I used Fox in 2024 to fix the AC and bought an annual maintainance package 2. The AC started to leak on 5/16. I called Fox. They sent a junior technical after hours on 5/17. The junior technician could not solve the issue. I called again to arrange another one to come on 5/18. 3. Nightmare started. Wayland came on 5/18. He said there was a leak. He quoted $1800 to run diagnoses and more after he found the issue. I decided to think about the fee since the house was built in 2020/relatively new. Guess what? He said he needs to make money on every trip. He said I am Asian and this is probably my first house so I know nothing. He called my family dense. How can someone come to my house and treat my family member like this? Racist, rude and disrespectful. I can’t think of another service experience worse than this one.

There were no surprises at the end of the project. He was more than proficient at his job. He was trustworthy (3 days in my home and coming back for 3 more projects on the exterior) and overall a pleasant person to interact with! I am a repeat customer of Fox for plumbing and have never had a bad experience. UPDATE. 3 visits later in the last month for a variety of reasons for my aging house and I still love Fox. Came on short notice to repair my grinder pump and got the job done efficient and quickly without requiring a pump replacement.
