We attended this gym but was very disappointed. The facility is very small and rundown. Half the machines don’t work and the ones that do work are in really bad conditions. The prices are ridiculously expensive as well. Maybe it’s just me being too observant. We just didn’t enjoy it. the fees are very low class, pure highway robbery. They charge to start and they charge to stop memberships, what a ripoff this is.

As a fitness instructor, I have experienced many gym atmospheres, and Four Seasons Health Club truly stands out. The facility is clean, the equipment is in great shape, and everything’s set up to make training smooth and accessible for everyone. What makes this place special is the community. The staff is supportive, the members are welcoming, and there's a strong, positive energy that keeps people motivated. I also love that the club values variety and a fresh perspective; it keeps both instructors and members engaged. It’s an awesome place to coach and train!

This gym? This gym?? No because I really thought we had something special. This gym used to be my safe space. My home. My temple. Sure, the equipment was older than most college freshmen. Look, I could’ve handled the broken StairMaster which, by the way, has been out of service for a full year. That thing was practically vintage by the time it gave out, and y’all just threw a ā€œsorry for the inconvenienceā€ sign on it and walked away like it was a crime scene. And don’t even get me started on the bathroom that stayed ā€œunder constructionā€ so long I started thinking they were building a luxury condo back there. But I didn’t complain. I stuck it out. I was loyal. Why? Because it was peaceful, never overcrowded, and it actually let me focus on my goals. Still, I stayed. Because I loved having a gym where I didn’t have to wait an hour to touch a dumbbell or navigate around TikTokers filming glute kickbacks on every surface. And now, after everything we’ve been through, you’re telling me you’re turning the entire gym into a rec center? For pickleball? BABY BE SERIOUS. We didn’t want ping pong. We wanted functioning glute machines. We didn’t want open gym time we wanted open squat racks. And you know what? I would’ve even accepted ONE new dumbbell. Just one. But instead we got budget Chuck E. Cheese vibes and betrayal. Honestly, if I wanted to play badminton surrounded by crying toddlers, I’d crash a family BBQ. Meanwhile, I’m still getting charged a yearly fee like I’m using a five-star luxury facility. Babe… the hot tub is gone. The machines are gone. The entire gym is gone. Are we paying for the air now? And no, I will not be driving 20 minutes to the airport location. I wanted a gym, not a road trip. Where are all the real lifters supposed to go? Planet Fitness? With the disco lights and judgment-free but also gains-free zone? No thanks. I’ll cry in the mirror at home. And most importantly what’s going to happen to all my gains? šŸ˜ž Do you know how many cuts and bulks I went through in this gym? I built muscle and character in that crusty corner with the bent EZ bar. I got dumped by my boyfriend and now my own gym is leaving me too? Why is everyone abandoning me?? This isn’t just a gym closure. It’s a betrayal. A heartbreak. A deload I did not schedule. You weren’t just a gym. You were my therapy. And now I’m left with trauma, sore glutes, and nowhere to go. Goodbye my love šŸ«©ā¤ļø

I’ve been coming here off and on for about a year. After a hiatus for six months of going to a different gym due to being in a different area, I came in four days ago (Monday) to acquire a 10 day pass for my brother and I. The blonde lady at the desk, who must be in her late 50s or early 60s, was the one who sold me the pass. She was politely impatient during this transaction. However, this morning, upon entering, she had no recollection of me. She was very rude, and stating that she wasn’t sure if she could allow my brother in, when I had just explained to her four days prior that my brother would be flying in to help me move. I even called after leaving on Monday to verify and spoke to a different gentleman, that said it wouldn’t be problematic. Based upon the poor attitude upon greeting her good morning, and her unkempt scabby appearance, I thought she might have some sort of substance abuse problem. I still remained polite at first. She got mad at me for her failing to do her job, raised her voice, and when I reacted in turn, she accused me of ā€œscreamingā€ at her. I told her to call the cops if that were the case. She then apologized, and I said ā€œI forgive you.ā€œ And she then freaked out whenever I said that, claiming that she had nothing to apologize for. When she had just apologized lol. I really hope the cameras here have audio, so the management can play it back and see how awful she was.. Myself and none of my friends or colleagues will ever be returning. I’m so embarrassed to have brought my brother from the military here, after speaking so highly of the facility. I’m out like $70, but I would literally pay another $100 just to never have this experience again. I hope she gets the help she needs. On a side note, I even went out before doing my morning yogic protocol and apologized for allowing myself to become impatient. In return, she folded her arms and grossly stated, ā€œit’s not okā€. We all have bad days, but it’s never ok to treat someone like she treated my brother and I. 0/5 stars, although the rest of the staff here, and the equipment, are great. I appreciate you all for having me, and highly recommend their massage services. Will delete review when I see how this individual was reprimanded. I do forgive her, but we womt be returning, although I had planned coming here for the next month off and on.
