I've been a loyal patient of Four Seasons Dental Care for quite some time, but my most recent experience has left me with some concerns. During a routine check-up and cleaning, I was informed that I had a decaying tooth in a difficult-to-treat location, and also was strongly advised to get crowns on my molars. Having to see my family in my home country, I sought a second opinion. To my surprise, two separate dental clinics found no evidence of decay. Additionally, both clinics commented on the subpar quality of the cleaning I had received. As for the crowns, they noted that while they could be considered in the future, they aren't necessary at this time as Four Seaons Dental Care strongly advised. This pattern—being recommended some form of treatment every time I visit—has led me to question the reliability of the advice I'm receiving from Four Seasons Dental Care despite how friendly and caring they are for their patients.

My partner and I have been going to Four Seasons Dental Care since 2017 for all our dentistry needs and the whole staff is phenomenal! The hygienists are very gentle and efficient, the dentist take the time to explain what they see on the x-rays and go over treatment options, and the receptionists are incredibly well organized.
