Dr. Heather Cappozella has been my physical therapist for several years, and I recommend her enthusiastically. Heather has helped me through some very complex and painful spinal issues, including pre- and post-surgery, as well as several minor injuries. She's an excellent listener as well as a gifted teacher. She's deeply knowledgeable about various treatment modalities and is an out-of-the-box thinker. Unlike other PTs I've worked with, Heather's practice operates on a 1:1 basis, so I have Heather's undivided attention for the entire session. It's been a much more effective, patient-centered experience. It's clear that Heather genuinely cares for her patients. I always feel that Heather is totally focused on achieving the best outcome for me. In my experience, being able to trust in a provider's expertise and commitment is part of the healing process.
