The hotel is wonderful — everything is clean and well-maintained, and it’s conveniently located not far from the metro. The rooftop pool is a great bonus, and the breakfast was quite tasty with a good selection. The staff were absolutely amazing — always friendly and eager to help with anything I needed. Special thanks to Sultan, who took care of my room — he did an incredible job keeping it spotless and perfectly organized every single day. Everything was always fresh, replaced, and neatly arranged. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights with our family. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making our stay truly relaxing. The staff were always polite, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed. A special mention to Sultan, who took excellent care of our room throughout the stay. He was attentive, professional, and always made sure everything was perfectly arranged. The hotel’s facilities were great for families, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. Overall, we had a memorable stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with family.

I really like the staff — they’re friendly and welcoming, especially the manager from reception who’s originally from Algeria. One night I lost my phone after having a few drinks, and he went above and beyond to help me, even providing the taxi’s number plate. He was genuinely kind and professional. I also appreciate the housekeeping team — particularly Thilina, who’s very polite and helpful. The hotel itself is excellent: I love that you can take a cold shower (which many hotels don’t offer), the gym and pool are great, and the room feels luxurious. The double mirror in the bathroom gives a stunning infinity effect, the scent throughout the room is refreshing, everything is spotless, and the bed is extremely comfortable.

Shout out to Khier (Reception/long stay bookings) and Lokendra (Swimming Pool guy) Great long stay hotel for working professionals! Really enjoying my time at Premier Inn in Al Jadaf. It’s been the perfect place to stay, that’s close to my office in Festival City, room is decent size, quiet (previous hotel in the area I could hear everything), and perfect considering I just needed a place to crash, swim/workout after work. Honestly would happily stay here instead of renting my own apartment if I could. Also shout out to Khier, and the rest of the team. They’ve been super nice welcoming and supportive during my stay. Gave me advice on guidance eon how to navigate living and staying in Dubai. I really appreciate them making sure I felt at home, considering I’m a long stay customer. Finally big thank you to Lokendra, the lifeguard at the pool. I did laps of the pool 3-4 times a week, he always made sure to make me feel welcome, tried to advise other guest's to leave me space so i could have a lane out of everyone way to do my hour long session. Would recommend if you need a long term stay, if you’re in Dubai for a business trip or work.
