If I could give a rating for the staff alone it would be 10 stars!! This is not a gym for anyone serious about achieving goals or making progress with anything fitness or health related. The work ethic of the members is 0 and scrolling social media or watching videos seems to be more important than training. There is also limited dumbbells and equipment so that combined with members holding up machines to scroll on their phones makes for a very frustrating experience. And the staff are not able to encourage people to workout instead of them sitting on their phones wasting time and holding up machines and equipment doing nothing. Fitness should be about releasing stress and improving our health. This place makes it worse!! But it’s a non-judgment zone right?!! Good luck! And I’ve talked to the staff about all of this and they say change comes from district or senior level management not at the gym.

I had a problem with my billing information, and it was very frustrating and no one was able to help until I spoke with Keanna a team lead, who should honestly be head of management the way she calmly and competently resolved my issue. Thanks a billion, and keep up the great work! :) The gym it’s self is mid but if you are ever in a situation where you need customer support Keannas your girl!

Staff is super friendly and helpful! Unfortunately, it's way too crowded, so it's really hard to find the right machine or weights. I ended up switching gyms after just a month. There are vast rows of unused cardio equipment that could be replaced with more weight lifting equipment to find a better balance.

I have been a member of this gym since its opening, prior to the commencement of the construction. My only concern pertains to the parking situation. Specifically, individuals are parking in the designated disabled spots without the appropriate permits. I addressed this issue with the security supervisor today, but unfortunately, he did not seem to be too concerned. It's ridiculous how now a days no one has respect for other's especially for people who depend on this parking spot. Like ourselves there are times that we have to turn back and go home not only because the disability parking spot taken by someone who doesn't have the permit or the parking lot being full from the construction workers, people parking there to take the TTC or even people who live in the new condos with more then one vehicle.

Fortis Fitness is a gym.
