our experience with this company was trully so bad .it’s not acceptable we are in a tour group from paris france- Las vegas to vancouver ..this company was giving us a bad service since day 1 of the trip..Ac is not cooling driver was so rude as if he doesn’t care about his passengers..and most of the passengers are senior citizen and retirees.. we dont deserve this kind of service..and treatment we already called and informed the management from the first day of the trip that the ac was not cooling however NO REPLY FROM THEM..

Kickers Rugby

Over the weekend we used premier bus lines, which is a partner with Fargo Coach lines, for our rugby team. They picked us up a horseshoe bay, drove us to Chilliwack for our match and then back to HSB in time for our ferry back to the island. Overall, it was a great ride. Albert was a friendly and professional driver, he was also flexible. One of our players got injured during the match and was driven to the hospital. Albert helped us out by driving the bus to the hospital to pick up that injured player before heading home.

Mike “Slick” Whone

Incredibly rude bus driver lady on the ferry. Idled the bus on a packed ferry stinking up the area before the boat was docked. Asked politely to turn off her bus and she gave the middle finger. Absolutely unacceptable. License plate # XE2976. blonde/grey haired old lady in a pink top.

We used Fargo coach lines to drive our big family down to Seattle to take the cruise. The bus was punctual and very clean. Management had excellent communication skills and was transparent with their pricing. The driver was very courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to use the service again and would definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family.
