Thought the hotel was fairly nice. Our trip started on 10-4-25 checked out on the 6th. The room was clean and spacious. The elevator runs pretty slowly. They apparently are doing some updating . The evening happy hour was very nice the bartender was super. The morning breakfast was not so good. But all and all we had a good experience.

We were making last minute plans for our 13 year olds birthday and the staff literally saved the day for her! From accommodating us at the best rate possible to checking on us throughout the stay hands down Zayna, Angela and the staff are AMAZING!!! She made sure everything was takien care of’ Top notch service with a smile and not once did we have to ask for anything even extra blankets! The hotel was pretty full and they still went above and beyond to make sure our daughter felt loved! Thank you so much for showing that true customer service still exists!!

Enjoyed my stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Indianapolis North last Saturday. The front desk clerk got me checked in quickly. The room was very spacious with a bedroom and a living room and a great work area. The wifi was fast and stable, and the bed was very comfortable. There was even a little balcony to step out on and get some fresh air. The atrium was beautiful, the breakfast buffet was extensive, and I felt safe around the property. Highly recommended to travelers to the Indianapolis area! Thanks to Ignite Hospitality Services for the trade and to the Embassy Suites Indy North for the great stay!

Decent hotel, in the process of much needed repairs and upgrades. Staff was very helpful and kind. Upon check in in the middle of the night, it was hard to understand the clerk, as there was "wind machines" going very loudly in the lobby. The room was very clean, and smelled good. The view from the mini balcony was of a pond with ducks. The free made to order breakfast was better than many other hotels I've stayed at. Many options available including omelets, french toast, sausage, bacon, yogurt, fresh fruit, and typical continental breakfast things like toast, bagels, hard boiled eggs, cereal etc. The "pool" is less than 3.5 feet deep at the deepest point and no hot tub/spa, so that was a little disappointing that I couldn't soak in a spa or swim (too shallow)

Fort Harrison Inn is a hotel.
