Do not trust these waste of spaces with your car. Had work done last year to my car which I had to keep going back to them as they misdiagnosed the problem costing me additional 300 which they make you wait around for hours like theyre doing you a favour. But I would of let it pass and not left a bad comment as people make mistakes. Until today,ive changed my air filter,opened the housing to find no air filter in it.so poor! A 5 minute job they couldnt be bothered to do with the service I paid for,wonder if they bothered changing the oil now

Staff were very friendly and helpful informing on issues and going in to detail, got my car fixed here after the MOT and i’ve had no issues so far. Reasonable price too!! Thank you ☺️

Can not thank the manager at Eastwood enough for his help today. We came to visit family yesterday and when we went to leave today we had a flat bulging tyre. We went to your Eastwood store and although they didn’t have a tyre to fit the manager checked your other stores and Southend had one tyre. He called them and found it had been ordered in for someone but said he had enough time to reorder it so we could have it. We drove over and the Manager Perry and another guy were great. The tyre has been changed and alignment completed and we are on our way home. It’s been lovely dealing with people with such positive attitudes and can do approach. So grateful for all your help.

As a first time mum and breastfeeding, I just want to thank Alan who made me feel so comfortable. I had my dog with me, where he got my dog some water. My car was ready and I was breastfeeding to which Alan made me comfortable and told me to take my time. Very happy that men can be so understanding, highly recommend
