Price was really good for the tyres but fitting took an age. Car was booked in for 3:45 and I arrived 15min early as per email. Young lady on the counter was pleasant and told me it would be an hour. Normally 2 tyres would take 20/30 min but they seemed to be busy. I went off and came back an hour later to find they were only just starting! Finally got the car back 40 more minutes later. Apart from the long wait all was good.

So the appointment was for 4.45 and as instructed I arrived 15 minutes early. Giving my keys to the manager, he informed me that they were running about 30 minutes late and probably give it about 11/2 hours. No problem. The risk you take, booking it in late afternoon. I arrived back about 6ish and was pleased to see the wheels off my car " just enough time to get a quick McDonald's " I came back to see the wheels still off the car and no-one around it? I waited and waited. Luckily one of the older members of staff came over and asked if he could help, I informed him that I was waiting for bmw to be finished. To where he guided me to the manager, who informed me that the lad working on my car had got to 6 and informed them he and informed him he was going home and didn't even say that he hadn't finished my car! I would like to know how he thought it was going to be finished? Or did he expect me to wait until the morning for him to finish it? I can't praise the rest of the staff enough and they were very helpful in finishing my car but I can't except the attitude of basically my car being abandoned and the attitude of not caring! It's a shame as I was thinking of taking my car to be serviced there and the older staff members seemed to care but there are to many garages in Kettering to be treated like that

Booked in for replacement tyres. Competitive prices , staff were very helpful and accommodated a last minute puncture repair at the same time. Very happy with the service provided. Would recommend.

Mot and service booked for Friday. No work carried out and was not called to say there was an issue. Had to go down at the end of the day and found out my car hadn't been touched. Rang today to speak to a manager to be told someone would take 3 days to reply and that they legally have 21 days to reply to a complaint. Extremely poor customer services. Also having not carried out any work I have to wait 3-5 days for a refund. Think that is called stealing legally. Now have to find somewhere to mot our car before tomorrow which isn't going to happen. Avoid this place like the plague as they have no customer service when there are issues.
