Definitely my favorite gym by far. If ever you get the chance to meet its owner, Stéphane, you'll get to see how much the guy cares about his gym. He gets there at the opening on most days and cleans the whole place from A to Z himself. He chats with his consumers and makes then feel at home - literally. If you don't like big gyms packed with people with a hundred threadmills, you should definitely check this one out. It has everything you need for whatever you need to do and its staff is amongst the friendliest and most helpful you'll find! They offer all sorts of programs at reasonable & affordable prices too. Couldn't recommend enough!

Not the cheapest around but very good gym. Lots of good quality and variety equipment. Perfect for beginners and more advanced fitness enthusiasts as well.
