Highly recommend! After 12 years of not having insulation in our flat roof & a couple of roofs leaks later we decided it was time to take this dreaded step as a homeowner and get it replaced. Our home is old from 1947 and had some odd additions over the years prior to us moving in. Plus flat roofs are not ideal in Seattle. We had MANY meetings and quotes over the last 3 years, and always left feeling like no one genuinely wanted to apply themselves to our troublesome/unique roof situation. Always a different answer, or solution we felt uncertain of and didn't always make sense. Being as expensive as it can be to replace not only the roof but insulate as well we just didn't feel confident with anyone until we met Caleb from Rainier Roofing! You could tell he was truly wanting to help, even though this was probably not their biggest project by any means. He seemed interested and also connected us with with Roots to Roof for the insulation matter. Matthew was also phenomenal. He was soo patient with all my concerns and questions while I tried to understand the process. He even called the city to inquire on something for us and provided many options as solutions. Additionally because we needed to get the soffits replaced they also had a guy, Joe who did an impeccable job and was extremely knowledgeable. We completely trusted him and by the end of the project felt like we had a new friend. :) Andrew, Jose and their team that did the roof replacement we cannot say enough about and how much we appreciated their hard work-to say the least. Jose and crew showed up everyday, on time and stayed until the job was finished. They were clean and amazing! Jared the owner showed up too, making sure all was on track. The fluidity at which these guys got the job done was seamless. Everything went better than expected. Obviously hire Rainier Roofing, you won't be disappointed.

We interviewed multiple roofing companies for a roof replacement, and Rainier Roofing stood out above the rest — customer service, pricing, knowledge, and professionalism. We’ve had to replace a roof before, so we have a point of comparison, and this was just a much better experience overall. They also got it done so quickly! We had to redo both our home’s roof and the detached garage, and I think it only took them like four days to complete everything and do the walkthrough. They were very courteous of our neighbors as well and our sales rep, Caleb, answered all of our questions. They also provided text updates and photos of their progress throughout the day so we were looped in on everything. We’ve been recommending them to friends that need roof repairs as well.

The team at Rainier Roofing came highly recommended from friends of ours, and they did not disappoint. We had our home in West Seattle re-roofed in preparation for solar panels and we were just floored by the service we got from this team. Starting with Anthony, who coordinated our project with clarity, responsiveness, and good humor, through to our project manager, Michael, who really blew our minds with how thorough he was. To the team who were respectful, efficient, and kept our property clean during the whole process. Michael provided multiple daily check ins/updates, including photos showing us the progress they were making every step of the way. Including carefully documenting plywood that needed replacing, and the installation of new skylights. Being away from the house while the work was being done, this made it SO reassuring for me. And very competitive pricing as well.

In 2023, our roof turned 30 years old and we were concerned about it so we started looking for roofers that were reasonably priced and provided good to great value. We found great reviews on Rainier Roofing Company and decided to check them out. Anthony, their inspector/sales guy was our first contact and he inspected our roof not only outside but inside in our attic where he found several leaks around pipes and vents and moist areas in the plywood sheeting. This meant the plywood, underpayment and shingles had failed to keep water out and was threatening our interior drywall. I was impressed with Anthony's knowledge as he showed me outside where flashing was failing around our chimney and told me about new flapper valves for pipes and venting to let exhaust out but keep water from getting in, and he showed me the quality products Rainier Roofing insists on using because they are all about quality and value. Upon his inspection he took pictures to show us the leaks in the attic and I also saw those with my own eyes. They gave us an absolutely fair and competitive quote for the job! We hired them and are so glad we did. They did an outstanding job replacing our roof, including 14 sheets of new plywood, and Michael, the project manager and his foreman kept me informed with progress reports including more than 80 photos in phone texts showing the damage and the progress on repairs. After it was all done, in a mere 3 days time mind you, Michael gave me a walkthrough of the work for my approval. To sum up: I found that Rainier Roofing is a company full of knowledgeable, friendly, hard working, quality and customer service-driven staff, and has more than fair and competitive pricing. They also provide financing if anyone needs that. If you need roof repair or a new roof altogether, take my advice and call them first. We're so glad we did!
