I was there the other day for pain in my tooth. They had to drain an abcess but told me they werent going to numb it due to it “being dead” so it “shouldn't hurt”. if my tooth wasn't going to hurt because it was dead, why was I there in the first place for tooth pain. they drilled into the back of my tooth, when I gagged from the taste and how much pain I was in, they told me to stop. It’s not exactly possible to stop a natural human reflex. They also failed to drain the biggest part of the abcess which was in the front. I had to drain it myself after continuing to have so much pain from it that I ended up in the E.R again. DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL COSTS.

The dentist had misdiagnosed the wrong tooth with infection despite me telling her which tooth I had pain in, I trusted her judgement because she was suppose to be professional. They had referred me to interface where I then paid $700 to get my wisdom teeth removed because she told me that’s where the infection was. While at interface they showed me an xray that confirmed the infection was indeed in the same tooth I had told her was having pain. I’ve been living with an abscess palette for over two years now. When I called in to explain the misdiagnosis, they then said they don’t accept ODSP anymore and can’t help me. This is not the only issue either. The dentist had cut my lip pretty badly back in April 2024 which had pussed up and took forever to heal. and on my FIRST appointment at this clinic the dentist had been arguing with the assistant WHILE working on my teeth. I’m so disappointed and will be speaking to a lawyer about all of this. Overall terrible service.

Very disappointed with the level of care and professionalism. My daughter went in for an emergency visit due to tooth pain and was told she needed fillings. We were advised to return the following week, but when we showed up, we were told she didn’t have an appointment—it had never been booked. Even worse, they completely missed a severe cavity that was exposing the nerve. That should’ve been obvious during the initial visit, yet it was never mentioned. We had to reschedule again for an extraction, and even then, no aftercare instructions were provided—not even an extra piece of gauze. The lack of basic care and communication was unacceptable. To add to this, her father went in for a basic teeth cleaning and was given only a 10-second glance in his mouth, yet was charged nearly $200 for an “exam.” Almost a 600$ visit in total. No X-rays, no thorough evaluation, nothing to justify the cost. Disorganized, inattentive, and overpriced. We will not be returning.

We all know that dentists are...well, the way they are,since the thing is not regulated provincially or federally.Cosmo dental center takes the cake.I had , indeed,a complicated situation, extractions, followed by som partial denture. The good doctor talked for an hour telling me that I need to extract some good teeth,for symetrie, although I said I do not trust him,he kept talking for an hour until I left him speaking to himself. Total charge: Cad 53 for listening to a fraud.I do have a good dental plan,he said we should avoid the plan if I want the intervention fast.Stay away!
