Food was okay. Grilled chicken was executed well, prepared in Indian tandoori way, red curry was a bit plain, not much flavour going on, not spicy either, rice was okay, $25 for this quality is bit much but considering it is in the middle of nowhere, fair enough I guess. Service was great.

Forest Bar & Grill is a wonderful semi-hidden spot at the back of the Forest Inn in Sioux Lookout. The food fare is fair, with a good selection of appetizers and entrees like burgers and chicken Parmigiano. The service is small town locally pleasant and the setting is unbeatable for northern Ontario natural beauty. Outside patio seating in the summer provides lakeside views and pleasant ambience. The restaurant is on the main level with wheelchair access. I give The Forest a top notch 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 and 2 thumbs up 👍 👍

Phenomenal spot just outside of town. Google brought us to this place, and we came back the next night because of the limited options in the area, and how much we enjoyed it the first night. Great beer and and drink options. Simple, yet tasty menu options, and some of the best wings I've ever had. Had the Siracha and the Chipotle Mango. Our server also recommended the Heartbeat Blueberry Habenero sauce for the wings, and it was spicy and delicious.
