My daughter wanted to treat me to a new haircut and color and she booked me an appointment. I brought a picture of what I wanted. I specifically asked for no layers or bangs and that she leaves my hair below my shoulders…. Well she didn’t even tell me her name so I don’t even know who it was that destroyed my hair. I worked in the salon industry for over 25 years and I have never ever had such a bad experience!!!!! No hot water. No hairspray or hair products. Woke up this morning to my pillow covered in brown hair dye!!! Thanks for the worst salon experience of my life. I probably won’t get my hair cut for 10 years now. I will definitely be letting everyone I know where NOT to go.
