Richard was great to work with! I had some smaller projects I needed help with, including replacing some glass on a broken window. He and his did completed the project as scheduled. Most importantly, they were great at communicating on when they could start the project.

Only wish was that the company was a little better at communication on time when they would actually begin job but really very satisfied. I had a tricky situation with a pantry door. Focus made three trips to come up with a great and relatively simple solution. Thinking and attention to detail like this is rarely seen in service these days-. We were very impressed.
