Our building had our roof completely redone in October 2017 by Flynn Canada Ltd. We moved into a 3rd floor suite in January 2020 and our roof has had a leak every Fall/Winter since December 2020. This company has been called three times to come inspect the leak by our Strata company. The first time they inspected it, they claimed it wasn't because of their workmanship. After the second and third inspection a year later, they realized it was something to do with a pipe and the problem still hasn't been resolved. We are still waiting for this leak to be fixed as our ceiling and our sofa is becoming more and more damaged over time. I've attached pictures and videos for your reference. The photos and videos with the wet sofa are from this past October 2022 and December 2022. The other leak in our living room and our neighbours bedroom above their bed is from a few days ago on December 24, 2022. Our ceiling and several other units on the 3rd floor leaked in a completely different areas from our previous leak. These leaks should not be happening with a brand new roof. The company needs to be accountable for these damages. I hope that this review will help you make an informed decision before hiring this company.

First day for our group of units in the complex roofing job. Totally impressed. Yes, it was noisy as they advised but they started on time, worked quickly and efficiently and by the end of the day were finished removing old shingles and had the installed water barrier. Most impressed by the clean up job at the end of the day...wow. A very happy, polite, professional group of workers.

So the roofers are packing up, taking up every near by visitor spot and my mother in laws car is in my parking spot blocking their trailer. They asked if I can move the car and I have no problem doing so. All the Flynn trucks and workers vehicles are taking up visitors spots and what not so I ask if he can move their car out of the closest visitors spot so my mother in law does have to walk around the complex to her car as he is capable of doing so. He looks at me with broken english and points to his car and says he has to back up to the trailer. I explained that he's not pulling a 15k lb trailer with a Ford Escape. He giggles and turns around. These guys are rude, ignorant, selfish and in my opinion the worst hired help you can find. DO NOT hire this company unless you plan to have issues. Look at the only 5 stars they have, they obviously got their employees to add those. The fact that this company will reply to this with some lame ass excuse is horrific and down right pathetic. Fix the way you run your company and these reviews wouldnt happen. At least they are done and I can walk my kids to the car in the morning and not have to dodge the morning smoke break!
