Customer experiences
I stopped at Flying J gas station and noticed the sign on the highway showed a fuel price of 119.9, but when I pulled up to the pump, the price displayed was 124.9. This is misleading and feels like false advertising. I spoke with the manager about the discrepancy, but she was dismissive and didn’t seem to care or offer any explanation. It’s very disappointing to see this kind of behavior, especially when fuel prices are clearly displayed to attract customers. I hope management or the head office looks into this issue and ensures that advertised prices match what customers are actually charged. Honesty and transparency are basic expectations.
Don't buy diesel from hear. Not kidding you it takes 3 times as long to fill your tanks and only have 3 pumps for DEF. Small store maybe 30 parking spots. The only good thing I put this truck stop is it's right next to most of the dealerships.
I didn't use the pumps on site, only did a reset. There are around 20 truck parking stalls available. 3, 4 are paid stalls in a small parking lot it is ridiculous. Store size is small, 3 showers are available. Usually getting a shower doesn't take long. Washrooms were well maintained. There is a fire lane no parking zone. However, there enforcement is not very effective. They don't call city or any other parking enforcement services. They just talk to the obstructing driver, depends they are compliant or not. Overall a good place to park if you find a spot. There is a narrow street next to the site, some trucks park on the side.
Zero stars. I ordered the soup, 6.99. They gave me oven grease with water and an centimeter of turkey scrap floating in it with burnt black pieces of who knows what. No one in the kitchen wears a hairnet. Workers were all speaking their own language. It's obvious there are new owners. Very bad experience.
Flying J Travel Center is a gas station.
