I had high expectations for Express PRO based on their reputation, but unfortunately, my experience fell far short. I reached out for assistance with a service, and while communication initially seemed fine, things quickly took a turn for the worse. Paul, the consultant assigned to me, was not only unhelpful but also dismissive. When I contacted him via WhatsApp, he called back and stated he had many clients, implying that my situation wasn’t a priority. While I understand that delays can happen, especially during Ramadan and with government approvals, I was hoping for regular updates without having to chase for information. What’s more concerning is that Paul’s tone was rude and dismissive, rather than professional or empathetic. As a paying client, I expected better communication and respect, especially when there are delays. This was not the level of customer service I had anticipated. Additionally, the delivery of the renewed Emirates ID was not included in the service and was instead charged separately. I was informed that if I did not want to pay for delivery, I would need to arrange to collect the ID myself, which was both inconvenient and frustrating despite having already paid for AED 7.9K for the services. Overall, my experience with Express PRO was disappointing. Poor communication, unprofessional behavior and a lack of respect for my time and concerns have left me dissatisfied. I would not recommend their services based on this experience.
