Estefanía is absolutely WONDERFUL! My group is a bit of a handful, with lots of changing plans and moving parts, but she was so nice and accommodating the entire time. She planned some wonderful things for us in El Calafate and made the process very easy. We have a large group who all use her for their travel plans now. She is great, can’t recommend her enough!

Estefanía was absolutely wonderful. A friend who had traveled to Argentina recommended her, though I was initially hesitant to reach out. After years of independent travel, I wasn’t sure a travel agency could add much value—but I was so wrong! Here’s why working with Estefanía was an exceptional experience: - No unnecessary bookings: She never pushed for services that weren’t needed. For instance, when I asked about an airport transfer from EZE, instead of offering an expensive option (as many would), she recommended the reliable and fairly priced official taxi service. When I mentioned that it would be great if she could reserve it for me, she happily did so without any kickbacks. - Fair pricing: Even in cases where she offered the same pricing as I could find on other platforms (eg. where I’m a tiered member with discounts), booking through Estefanía was invaluable due to her local expertise and connections. - Spot-on suggestions: She gave us amazing recommendations on what to see and do, perfectly tailoring them to our travel style. - Nuanced understanding: Estefanía truly grasped the essence of our trip. For example, we splurged on a luxury hotel for one special stay, not because we’re wealthy, but because it was a treat we had saved for. Many would have assumed that we wanted similar upscale experiences throughout the trip, but she understood that our focus was elsewhere and made recommendations aligned with our interests and budget. - Super responsive: Whether or not it was something she could directly assist with, Estefanía always responded promptly. One day, we needed a reliable spot to exchange currency in a very specific area of town. Though it wasn’t something that benefited her, she quickly found us a safe location nearby. I can’t recommend Estefanía enough!
