Do not use this company to transport your loved ones. Let me explain. My 83 year old mother is at home recovering with the help of home health care from injuries she sustained from a fall. Unfortunately her insurance does not cover transportation to and from her doctor’s appointments. I needed to get transportation for her on short notice so I searched online and found Fleetmo. The the morning that they were going to transport my mother to the Sentera Careplex on Coliseum Dr in Hampton, VA to get care they canceled. This was at around 7:30 in the morning. I got a text out of the blue with an accompanying phone call telling me this. My mother’s appointment was at 11:20 AM. Their excuse was that the driver called in and was unable to transport my mother. At 8:46 AM later I called them back and learned that the driver who called in was a guy named Andree and that he was currently in Chesapeake, VA. Keep in mind that their drivers are dispatched from their local office in Hampton, VA. They also reassured me that they did not charge the credit card that they had on file for me. Needless to say I just hung up on them. I would like to add that my mother has limited ability to move with her walker and requires the use of a wheelchair in order to be transported. I had to get her to her appointment by using my personal vehicle. This was on short notice because Fleetmo canceled on me at the last minute. Fortunate I was still able to get my mother to her appointment. I was also able to get her home again. Luckily I have a pickup truck so I was able to transport her wheelchair to and from her appointment. That being said, I hope this review serves as a warning to anyone reading this review. BEWARE!! Today Robert and Paul from Fleetmo transported my stroke affected husband to an appointment outside his rehab. They were excellent representatives of their company. The van was perfect. Their timing was perfect. They were awesome with making sure my husband was treated so well. I would recommend them 100 percent.
