We’ve been renting through Flagship for the past 2.5 years and have had an overwhelmingly positive experience. From day one, the team has been professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile has made a real difference in our experience. Beyond day-to-day management, the company has consistently gone above and beyond to make our rental feel like home. From routine maintenance to thoughtful collaboration on small improvements—like landscaping enhancements and additional appliances—they’ve shown a real commitment to tenant satisfaction. If I could leave 0 stars I would. We rented through flag ship for 16 months and it was by far my worst rental experience. Not only was the house the definition of the landlord special (terrible paint job, sloppy replacements, broken blinds, broken doors, doors literally put on backwards, & plenty more). The maintenance was literally one man who was apparently a “jack of all trades” any issue we reported to them including plumbing, electrical, & foundational was all handled by one man who never fixed anything! He “fixed” a leak in the roof that continued to leak every time it rained, A leaky faucet that still leaked after he came and went. We dealt with plumbing issues from the time we moved in and reported the issue multiple times, 6 months later we had to pay out of pocket for issues that were never fixed in the first place. We went without clean want for 3 WEEKS, we were forced to ask friends and family to shower at their homes, then told we had to take the issue up with the city of Greenville. Communication is terrible, you have to call multiple times for a response. We had to call the police on serval occasions because our cars were getting broken into and drug addicts would literally be in our front yard. Between the drug bust only few houses down from us and the drug addict neighbors (because they will literally rent to anyone) I can’t tell you what was worse. And the icing on the cake was when our lease was coming to an end it was a requirement we PAID a cleaning company to come and professionally clean the home (which we did). After dealing with all of that we didn’t our security deposit back and were charged $500 for nail holes. This is the worst company to rent from. Oh and you’re 100% responsible for your own pest control. We were better off buying a house because this company made us do their job.

I've been living here for 10 years, and I couldn't be happier with my experience here. The apartments are modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with plenty of natural light and high-quality finishes. The amenities are top-notch, from the sparkling pool and fully-equipped gym to the beautifully landscaped grounds and cozy common areas. What really sets this place apart, though, is the property management team. They are incredibly responsive, professional, and always go above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable and happy. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and they frequently organize community events that foster a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this complex anyone looking for a peaceful, well-managed place to call home. It’s truly a great place to live!
