⭐ 1-Star Review for Firestone (Battlefield Mall Location – Springfield, MO) I had an absolutely terrible experience with this Firestone location. They had my car for over two weeks and gave me nothing but excuses the entire time. In the end, they told me they couldn’t perform an alignment because of “bad rear tires.” They convinced me to buy nearly $900 worth of new tires and an alignment, even though I made it clear that I didn’t want new tires until the alignment issue was resolved. Despite that, they went ahead — and when I finally got my car back, the alignment was so far off that it damaged my brand-new tires and caused suspension damage as well. To make matters worse, when I picked up my car, the odometer showed an extra 17 miles that I hadn’t put on it. My car is a 6-speed sports car, and there’s absolutely no reason for it to have been driven that much during a supposed alignment service. I later took my car to another shop, and they got the alignment done the same day with no issues whatsoever. Between the damage, the unnecessary tire sale, and the unprofessional handling of my vehicle, I would never recommend this Firestone to anyone. I trusted a corporate name to do the right thing, but instead, I got incompetence and dishonesty. I have proof from the other shop and will be taking Firestone to court for damages/pai annd suffering and a full refund. Steer clear of this location.

I had four tires installed on 10/25/2025. I drove back to my hotel (Oasis) and parked for the day. I woke and was driving back to Atlanta,Ga. until I noticed my passenger side rear tire was flat. I added enough air to return to the Battlefield Mall location. Upon arrival I walked inside and spoke with the supervisor/manager and said that I had a twelve hour drive to Ga and really needed him to get right on it so I could go. He instantly got a bad attitude and told me I would have to wait, that his guys were on the other customers fourth tire and it wouldnt be but a few moments. I said your guys didnt get it sealed good, so why wait. He got angry and said, so your saying this is our fault. i said yes its your fault, i didnt do it. he said id have to wait and walked inside and left me standing there. 45 min later i walked to his office and noticed he and one of his guys were sitting around, I confronted him and his unprofessional attitude and he made me leave, knowing i had a 12 hr drive

Joe is the amazing manager at this store. I know that we can trust him to fix our vehicles because he is so very honest and hard working. We have always followed Joe...he used to work at Pep Boys. Wherever Joe goes, we do too!!

Recently got my car inspected, service was definitely good but they stole about half a bag of mints I had in my console. Glad I took anything of value out of my car before going, would recommend if using to make sure you don't have any valuables when dropping off your car
