I have been going here for years. But now I'm thinking about looking for a different gym. Not only is it $40 or + a mounth, they now charge you an extra $30 for Sana and massage chairs which were free for the longest time, gets insanity busy, people don't wipe beaches, wipes get dry(so you need to waste alsot to get a wet one), and alot of teens who just sit at the change/equipment and don't use it.

Kids and some adults camp out on the machines and congregate all the time. Most people don’t wipe down the machines and neither does staff. They are currently building a suite which will include new offerings along with a few things such as massage chairs and sauna which have always been available before but now will cost an extra $30 a month. Why take away what has already been promised during our current membership when we signed up a few years ago? Looking for somewhere else where they value loyalty and membership.

Ridiculous how the price has increased over the years all while they continue to take the amenities away from paying members. The Tanning bed, coffee machine, sauna, both water bed massage chairs etc. Many things are either permanently gone or you must pay extra for them to be available. Very bold of them.

Edited May 11th 2025, I’ve been on the stair master a few times since serviced and it’s back to normal. I changed my review reflecting good customer service, and a good quality clean gym. Been a member for a few years and while I do love the convenience of having a close gym, some of the machines are overdue on service. The stair master jerks if you go on higher speeds. I’ve told two different employees on two different occasions and still hasn’t been fixed. For how much we pay a month, I expect better.
