What an incredible group of ladies sweating and cheering eachother on. Trina is a wonderful trainer / coach who puts her heart and soul into each session and genuinely cares for us ladies. She watches our posture and advises us how to correct if we need reminders. I needed something to help me with my physical and emotional well-being and I feel this is a good fit for me as I move forward with my wellness journey and navigate my life as the new normal. Working with Trina has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. I joined Fit4Females’ Online Live Fitness Classes in 2021. I wanted to add balance to my running and cardio regime with strength training which is important to remain injury free. Online sessions allow me to workout with friends even when living miles away. Flexible sessions allow me to fit in workouts around my hectic work, family and training schedule and they hold me accountable to be there for myself and make my health a priority. Trina is a true inspirational coach! The encouragement and emotional support makes all the difference. Gratitude, positive mindset and realistic goal setting are focused on and celebrated when milestones are achieved.
To date, my experience with Trina's fitness program has been very positive. She is a positive and motivating coach. She continuously encourages you to push yourself in a light-hearted manner. She actively listens to you and finds alternate exercises for you to do to meet your fitness level and/or accommodations. I personally like the positive and encouraging atmosphere created. There is no judgment and we all give positive feedback to one another which really sets Trina apart from others. She is a trainer who is open, kind and honest with you.
