Shane, the equipment tech was great in servicing a recently purchased treadmill. Communication was on point, knowledge and expertise on the product was fantastic. Although the issue wasn’t resolved we have ruled out a few things and have a game plan moving forward. He also did a full maintenance on the equipment. I came into Flaman Fitness not looking to buy but simply looking for information. I was very open with the salesperson that I was just looking. Ben knew I wasn't purchasing that day but that did not make him treat me any differently. He was very helpful/knowledgeable and gave me great information on each product I looked at.
