My basement was water damaged following the ice storm in March 2025, first onsite was the responding emergency clean up and restoration company. Their staff were quick, efficient, friendly and honest, even found and returned a valuable heirloom ring that had been missing for a couple years. The carpentry staff that did the rebuild were wonderful and their work impeccable. I am so happy with the work that was done, the staff right from the people packing my belongings to the project managers, and people on the phone were helpful, polite and professional. I would recommend First Onsite to anyone who asked.

We were unfortunately one of thousands who were affected by the ice storm in March 2025. Living in Midland, we experienced 5 days without hydro and thus 3 inch deep water came into our fully furnished basement. After we contacted our insurance company we were told that First on Site was located out of Barrie and would hear back from them. Our basement was ruined by the flood from the sump pump as we had no power for 5 days. The project manager, Jordan was quick to call and let us know we were on his list and we would hear from him about having a crew come out to start the process of getting out the damage and the water to start. The crew came in and got started as quickly as they could. They were polite, hard working and stayed until everything was out of the basement. We understood that we were 1 of 1000 contracts they took on from the ice storm. The crew continued to come back to pack up our items we could save, move around heavy pieces and then we got the call in August that our place was next on the list for the repairs to start. Freddy was here daily, smiling and happy, applying his need for perfection to each aspect of the job, working hard at replacing drywall, mudding, taping, installing new trim, cabinets, molding and doors. We have 2 rescue dogs who he greeted each morning, they loved him coming and already miss him not being here as they wait by the door for him each morning. Others from the crew came when they were able to, Rudolpho and Bruno were key in helping in all of this, with smiling faces, willing to help and great attitudes. We couldnt ask for better service. We understood that they could only be here from time to time knowing that there are so many other homes still being worked on. Jordan (project manager) was great with communication and keeping us up to date. We couldn't be happier with the final results. Great crew, great work. Thank you for making such a stressful time so much easier to navigate.

Our damage after the spring ice storm was repaired efficiently. We are very pleased with the service provided by FIRST ONSITE. The company assigned by them to repair our roof did an excellent job. I highly recommend FIRST ONSITE.

First Onsite Barrie did a very good job showing up within 24 hours of our first notice of ice damage to our cottage. Once the insurance company released the claim, they did a good job of lining up the subs to complete the repair/restoration in a timely basis. PM Steve Fox stood out to address our questions.
