I am posting this review on the basis of the excellent & attentive service that I received from your teller, Robin @ the Credit Union 1 located on 828 S. Wolcott Ave. in Chicago. She was very professional, friendly & extremely helpful. She also went above & beyond with helping me sort out a Zelle issue on my app. She helped me with this issue in less than 5 mins. & I couldn’t even get that help from your support team which I’m still waiting on their call which was roughly 5 months ago. Robin was a delight, joy & refreshing. You guys should strive to hire people like that going forward. 5 star review for a 5 star teller, thanks Robin
