My wife and I have been visiting Myo Markham for both physiotherapy and massage therapy, and we have had a great experience with Zaid and Audrey. They are both very professional, caring and knowledgeable. Each of our sessions begins with an assessment, and throughout, the procedures are explained, reassessed, and adjusted to fit our individual needs. Sessions always end with an evaluation and exercises are given that we can do at home. We appreciate they listen to our questions and concerns, and share helpful information and resources. We also appreciate they work as a team and communicate for our treatments. We are grateful for their care and look forward to continuing seeing them at Myo Markham! -Chih and Xiao

The calm and welcoming environment really sets the tone for a great experience. I’ve been undergoing physiotherapy with Zaid for about 5 sessions till date. Zaid is incredibly approachable and friendly, making you feel comfortable right away. He listens attentively, quickly identifies the issue, and takes the time to explain his analysis in a way that helps you truly understand how your body is functioning versus how it should be. That clarity makes the treatment feel purposeful and empowering. He also checks in at the start of each session to track progress and ensures you’re moving forward. I especially value his focus on encouraging functional movement rather than restricting activity — it’s such a motivating and effective approach to healing. My first time seeing a physiotherapist, and I had a great experience at this clinic. The place is nice and welcoming, and my therapist, Grace, was very professional. She took the time to understand my needs and provided excellent care. The lady at the front desk was also very well organized, managing my schedule efficiently and clearly explaining everything. They all deserve a raise for the outstanding service! I highly recommend this clinic!
