Not only do they have great customer service, they have amazing APR rates and I love how they have specials that go on throughout the year. Every loan that I have had and still have through FCCU has been an easy and fairly quick process from the beginning. They always make sure I have all of my questions answered and continue to help educate me on different loan options. I don't think I could get a greater experience any where else!

This is one of the best banks/credit unions I have worked with. There is always someone available to speak with on the phone if you have any questions and everyone I have dealt with is so nice and helpful. I have not had a bad experience in the last year I have been with them. I was recommended by someone I work with who said he loved this credit union too and highly recommended them for a loan I was looking to get. They beat everyone else’s rates. I will def be going to them for my next loan that I am looking to get.

Been doing business with the branch manager for years. John treats you like family not just a client, as well as his staff. Bought an older car through the Rockford branch now have a second vehicle on loan here. Couldn’t or wouldn’t recommend any other credit union they do great business and have the best rates for your budget.
