I can't say enough about what a good expieriece I had with First Choice, the boys showed up on time, loaded up all my things with the upmost respect and care, they even took the time to cover my belongings with blankets when it started to rain a little bit. Highly, HIGHLY recommend them, moving is stressful enough, they were a huge help and so appreciated!!! Thank you!

hired to pickup a couch and coffee table. horrible company, lazy and rude. got extremely saucy with my mom the second he came in the door mumbling under his breath “i wish people would tell me if doors had to be removed” (which isn’t uncommon for this city anyway) and saying he wasn’t informed there were stairs (again, so every home?) when he was. when I replied saying “you most certainly were told there were stairs” he said “i can’t do this” and flicked his hands up and left. absolutely laziness, he also expected the couch to be brought down to the garage for him? strange behaviour. we ended up going with DH movers, who funny enough, did not have to remove any doors or struggle whatsoever. they were extremely friendly and helpful, i strongly suggest finding another company, this guy and his workers are very rude. EDIT*** you’re so right they’re called “TDH moving” i forgot a letter;) absolutely no cursing happened i said “i’m taking a photo of your plate to post online” and he said “for what?” and then i said you’re a rude nasty man. that was it. absolutely no cursing and you were rude right from the jump. TDH moving didn’t have to remove the door and didn’t complain once:) highly recommend! extremely unprofessional to come into someone’s house and start complaining about things you “weren’t informed of” when it was all told to you the day before. again no doors has to be removed and TDH was done in less than 10 minutes. this man is now also lying about the state of our home (we don’t have animals) and making direct attacks at our appearance, so now i will be filing a report for defamation. good luck to your company! very nasty individual also the man you were delivering too thinks you’re all goofs LOL no one apologized on behalf of anyone. lies lies lies
