Staff are amazing. Especially Adam who helped me get setup with everything I needed plus more. Tons of knowledge and super friendly. I drove almost 2 hours to get here, was worth the trip. Was recommended by a buddy who orders from them online in another province. We are both customers for life

Worst place to shop and terrible customer service. The Asian guy will tell you lies to sell anything and when you go back to complain, he has the attitude. Bought stuff from there and he gave me the wrong information. I spent additional $450.00 but when I went back and asked him for refund, he just denied outright. I even have the proof of incorrect information he gave me when he first sold it to me. I use to be ther regular customer and even recommended a few of my friends but will never go back. Advice for you all - don't shop there or if you do, don't deal with the Asian guy. Update to Mike's response below: How do you call it integrity when your guy told me it takes 32 rimfire and he even showed it to me on his computer. I have a picture of it. However, it does not take 32 rimfire. So clearly your guy misrepresented and gave me incorrect information. I ended up spending another $450 which is now a waste. I have a proof with pictures, how do you deny that? May be check your videos some day and see for yourself the kind of customer service your guy provides. You know you and your guy are in the wrong. You can say whatever to justify yourself now but it still doesn't change the fact that your guy lied. Also, don't throw the race card here. Go and educate yourself. I am identifying the person based on his ethnicity because I don't know his name. There is nothing racist about it. If anything, I am the one to feel racism because of all the hatred towards brown people these days.

Very bad service and guys there are full of attitude. Even reading the comments/responses here from the owner, he talks with so much attitude. Not sure if they are aware but there are many other shops people can go to rather than dealing with these guys. People go to the store so they can get better service and ask the salespeople about different products but these guys expect you to know everything. If anything they provide bare minimum information. If I have to do all the research, why wouldn't I just shop online and I will probably get more information? Lastly, some of the things are way too overpriced.

I ordered a stock for Chinese SKS from FOC but before I ordered it, I called them to confirm if it is compatible with my SKS. The guy on the line confirmed it will fit my SKS but when I received it, it won't fit. I called them back and the guy told me the stock is only for Russian SKS and now they won't return the item because I opened the package. He told me I will have to order another one that is compatible with Chinese SKS. How can you trust these guys? I am shocked that these guys will go to any extent to sell you things even if it is not the correct item. Never seen such unethical business practices before in my life. I even have the call recording when I first called them to confirm. They just throw the blame on you and tell you to do research. I will stick with G4C sports because they have an amazing customer service. The guys at G4C won't push you to buy if you are not satisfied. In fact they told me to go with a different brand name even though they didn't have that product in stock. FOC - no need to respond to my message because I know you guys will not own up to your unethical businesses practices.
