Avoid dealing with this company at all costs. My experience with this company has never been positive. When I was trying to sell a house many years ago, they over-valued my property by almost 30% and it sat unviewed for almost 2 years. Years later when I tried to buy property in downtown Dundas, I dealt with 2 agents who were both extremely unhelpful. The only thing they cared about was the sale, they really didn't notice the house wouldn't pass a home inspection. Both agents were quick to offer the names of friends who could fix the house. I learned quickly to avoid dealing with anyone from the Judy Marsales since it is pretty clear they only person they are interested in helping is themselves.

Liars and as unethical as they come. Zero stars if I could give it. We had 2 agents, one was the homeowner, from this company outright lie on legal documents about a known and major sewer issue. We started to sue and found out they had no money, no property etc. so no way for us to get back the $14,000 we paid to fix the sewage that was in the basement on closing. The best part of this is that the owner of the company, despite not being named in legal action, had her lawyer right us a nasty letter instead of doing the right thing and firing agents and making things right. A real piece of work. I would never buy from this agency unless you really like to take risks as one of the agents is still there and selling in the Durand/Kirkendal area.
